About Jackie
I have been on a spiritual path since childhood, with a lifelong curiosity about religion, spirituality, reincarnation, mysticism, near-death experiences, consciousness, neuroscience, quantum physics, epigenetics, the mind-body-spirit connection, mindfulness, grounding, and breathwork.
Since the age of nine, I have considered myself an intuitive, an empath, and a lifelong seeker. My own experiences and questions about God, consciousness, suffering, purpose, and the human experience have inspired decades of exploration, study, and personal growth.
My work today brings together my professional training in hypnosis and regression-based practices with my lifelong interest in spirituality and consciousness. I provide a compassionate, supportive environment for people who are curious about exploring their own inner experiences, personal beliefs, life themes, relationships, and spiritual perspectives.
My Approach
I am certified in Hypnosis and Past Life Regression, with additional training and certification in Life Between Lives® (LBL), Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®), and other hypnosis modalities.
My approach is holistic, client-centered, and spiritually oriented. Rather than telling you what your experience should mean, I invite you to explore it for yourself.
Depending on the session and your personal interests, we may explore subjects such as past-life experiences, soul planning and contracts, recurring life themes, relationships, personal beliefs, spiritual purpose, ancestral or intergenerational influences, and the concept of past-life carryover.
These concepts are approached as spiritual frameworks for personal exploration, rather than as medical or psychological diagnoses or established scientific explanations.
I believe that each person's experience is unique. During a session, you remain the authority over your own experience and interpretation. My role is to facilitate the process, provide a supportive and respectful environment, ask questions, and help you remain curious about what emerges.
For me, spiritual alignment is a deeply personal concept. It can involve exploring one's sense of purpose, connection, intuition, inner wisdom, and relationship with something greater than oneself. Whether you understand that connection as God, Source, Spirit, universal consciousness, or another expression of the sacred, I respect that each person has their own beliefs and language for these experiences.
My intention is not to tell you what to believe, but to create space for you to explore the questions that matter to you.
Training & Professional Background
I was personally trained in Hypnosis, Past Life Regression (PLR), and Life Between Lives® (LBL) by Paul Aurand, MHt, a Master Hypnotherapist and former President and Director of Education of The Michael Newton Institute (MNI). My training included Past Life Regression, Life Between Lives, and Spiritual Consciousness Facilitation.
I am a certified Life Between Lives® (LBL) and Spiritual Consciousness Facilitator (SCF®) through The Michael Newton Institute.
I am also certified in Hypnosis and Past Life Regression through training associated with Dr. Brian Weiss, psychiatrist, author of Many Lives, Many Masters, and a prominent figure in the field of past-life regression.
My additional training includes Past Life Regression, inherited family dynamics, past-life carryover, and Core Beliefs/Patterns with Carol Bowman, M.S., an author and researcher known for her work involving children's reincarnation cases.
I am also a Level 1 Practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®), developed by Dolores Cannon.
In addition, I hold Master Trainer certification through the International Association of Counselors & Therapists (IACT) and have received training in a variety of traditional hypnosis modalities.
Education & Professional Experience
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Pre-Law.
While dedicating myself to decades of spiritual exploration, I’ve also worked in corporate America across a variety of industries, including wealth management and banking. My professional background has included executive-level support, corporate operations, risk management, and compliance.
That professional experience has shaped the way I work with people today. I bring organization, discretion, professionalism, attentive listening, and a genuine respect for each person's individual perspective to every session.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: you do not have to share my beliefs for me to respect yours.
